If your business is looking to purchase an Inventory Management Software service, then you may be considering both TradeGecko and Stitch Labs. In order to make your decision easier for you, we’ve decided to do a side-by-side comparison. We believe there is a clear choice for you.
Pricing
Let’s face it; price is a big decision maker when it comes to purchasing anything. And there is a gigantic difference between TradeGecko and Stitch Labs when it comes to pricing. Mainly that TradeGecko is far, far more reasonably priced.
So, let’s say you have between 0 and 2,000 orders a month. The lowest price option for Stitch Labs is $799/month (and this is billed annually). Then compare this to TradeGecko. This is what your monthly cost would be (and this is also billed annually):
- for up to 50 Sales/Month: $39
- for up to 300 Sales/Month: $79
- and for up to 1000 Sales/Month: $199
So if you aren’t doing an excessive amount of sales, TradeGecko is the obvious clear choice price wise. I don’t think I have to tell you how much money you’d save. But I will anyway. If you were on the lowest plan, you would be spending $9588 a year versus $468 a year with TradeGecko.
Now, if you have between 1,000 sales and 2,000 sales per month then you would be charged $599 per month for TradeGecko. That is more comparable to the cost of Stitch Labs. But it’s still much cheaper.
Oh and one more thing about price: TradeGecko has a great deal right now if you click here.

As you can see, both TradeGecko and Stitch Labs offer a lot of integrations. They both offer some integrations to a number of popular products, such as Quickbooks, Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc. But there are differences that might make you prefer one over the other. For example, if you sell your products on Walmart Marketplace, then you’ll want TradeGecko. So it really just depends on what you need. Mostly likely you’ll be covered by both but if not, your choice will depend on what you use for your business.

Available Devices
If you’re like me and you’re usually on the go, then you’ll want to be able to use your inventory management software on your phone. And this, to me, is a huge negative of Stitch Labs. There is no mobile app. TradeGecko, on the other hand, has a mobile app option. You can use it on your Android phone or iPhone.

Customer Support
Whenever you are learning new software, it is really great if the company offers good customer support. That way, if you have any issues or there is any confusion, you can get it cleared up. TradeGecko and Stitch Labs do offer a lot of customer service options. They both offer:
- Email Support
- Phone Support
- Training
- Tickets
But Stitch Labs does also offer live support. So that gives them an advantage.
Winner: Stitch Labs
Conclusion
Both TradeGecko and Stitch Labs offer a lot to customers. But TradeGecko does so at such a better price. And on top of that, TradeGecko offers a mobile app while Stitch Labs does not. The only advantage of Stitch Labs is that they offer live support. But TradeGecko offers a lot of support anyway (like trouble tickets, email support, phone support, etc.). So I see no reason to choose Stitch Labs and great reasons to choose TradeGecko.
