If you’re starting a website or blog and you’re looking for a web host, then I’m sure you’re going to want an affordable host.  That’s why I’m going to compare iPage & GoDaddy web hosting, because both web hosts offer very affordable web hosting for new websites & blogs.  You’ve probably heard of GoDaddy before or seen their television commercials and you may or may not be as familiar with iPage, but there are a lot of reasons why iPage is a better choice for anyone starting a new website or blog.  You’ll see that when I compare the blogs side by side:

iPage GoDaddy
Monthly Price $1.99/mo $4.33/mo
# of Websites Unlimited 1
Storage Unlimited 100 GB
Free E-Mail Yes Only 1st Year
MySQL databases Unlimited 10 x 1 GB
Free Google Adwords $100 None
Free Bing Ads $100 None
Free SSL Yes No

So, as you can see, iPage offers you way more for your money – and the price is even cheaper!  Really what you’re paying for with GoDaddy is the name more than anything.  So I highly recommend choosing iPage if you are deciding between iPage and GoDaddy for your web host when you starting out.
